Why you should buy your first home in Georgia for $6,000, according to real estate experts

Posted October 11, 2018 06:08:04 A Georgia home buyer looking to buy in the metro Atlanta area is looking to do it for $7,000.

Georgia, Ga. home buyer Mike Egan, 63, has the home on the market for $1.2 million.

He has lived in the house since 2005 and has owned it for about 20 years.

He told Business Insider that he doesn’t want to go into a real estate auction and has no plans to do so.

“I think I’ll be very happy if I get to go to a private sale,” he said.

“There are a lot of great homes for sale in Atlanta and I just don’t want anyone else to have to go through that.”

But I do want to have a home that is going to last me years.

“Egan said he is looking at buying his first home, which he estimates will be ready to move in about six months.

He says that’s just a few months away.”

Eggs and bacon, the kitchen, a big, open patio, and a garage are just a couple of things that will be on the property, he said, adding that he likes the area and the proximity to work. “

I think it’s the best thing I have done in my life.”

He’s not worried about running out of money.

“If you get a mortgage you can pay it off and if you don’t, you’re screwed,” he joked.

But he said he would like to sell if the price gets too high.

“It’s not going to happen,” he assured us.

“If I can sell it, I’ll do it.

It’s just too expensive.”

Business Insider contacted the seller to find out how much he was looking for.

“We have no comment on the matter,” the seller responded.

Egan told us that the house is in good condition and is not in bad condition.

“We have had a lot better times in Georgia,” he added.
